Accident Description
A 5 year old boy said he tripped as he exited the ride vehicle. His right arm fell between the vehicle and the unload landing. He was seen by a resort nurse. Later, he was seen by a private physician and his arm was placed in a cast. An inspection was done and no safety hazards were observed.
